Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

Worst work culture, management is very rude, they don't support you. They give good salary but it is not worth if it comes with your work life balance.

...ently no career growth possible. The working environment is extremely stressful. Salary is not as per job requirements.

The senior management is amateur. They dont know how to get work done. Overall coordination and management is pathetic. There is no system of working. All working styles are specific to senior people. There is no respect for staff. People are virtually harassed and made to sit late because of poor management. There is no regard for personal issues. Overall a terrible place.

Nothing to like it's like a factory and you are like a labour there plz I suggest anyone if you are working in any good organization plz don't join there totally wrost any time they can terminate you if you 1 minut late they will cut your salary leave only for showing
