... is conventional & on paper . No any advance software systems for data storage . Morning time is fixed but outgoing time is not fixed , have to work for lengthy hours without any compensation . Increments are very irregular & very less as compared to market & company turnover. No any facilities to employees other than sallary , which is also very less. No any facilities of leave , health policy ,even employee not having their company i card . Management doesn't address any employee issues& career growth is very very slow . In each and every department , few old people's are available , who don't have any qualifications , working with experience . So company running with this old people thought not by technology and engineering principles. Company is paying huge amount of money to contractor for man power utilisation but quality of products is very wrist . On shop floor there is no space to seat to supervisors , have to work by standing. There is no any professionallism in company & in overall work . Hr department don't have any rights of leave sanction , increment, performance appraisal & any Wright's of hr . No any single rule of industry given by government to industries followed here. In panamedic situation of corona , they have increased company timing , instead of giving w.f.h & removed people without any reasons . Work I think our life is Spoiled in HYT Facilities Not have any facilities Life khatam karni ho tho ye ghatiya company join kar lo

Management is very bad, Project purpose Project Manager very dislike,HR system properly not working for employer.No Job security. Politics.

Non Technical Peoples are sitting on higher post so these guys are creating monopoly and also they are very good in doing company politics.

No Proper Working culture After Resignation no one will response you in positive way and you will not get your salary which is pending with co. If you work on site then whatever your post is you have to work like a slave of H.O project head ( Which doesn't have any kind of knowledge of civil work) You have to work like a supervisor if you are selected as General Manager on site. Higher management doesn't care about site people you have live in 1 room kitchen like area with the team of 10-15 peoples in it and HO person who are coming to site will stay in 3 to 5 star hotel in co. account, you will not get any vehicle on site. Good Experience people only work in HYT for 3-4 months. That's why their is daily requirment and in HYT. Owner don't care about employees at all Sir at home until you don't get a good job but don't go to work in HYT

Worst work culture, management is very rude, they don't support you. They give good salary but it is not worth if it comes with your work life balance.

Working culture, morning time is fixed but at evening time can go to 10-11 pm i.e. late working hours.

Nothing to like it's like a factory and you are like a labour there plz I suggest anyone if you are working in any good organization plz don't join there totally wrost any time they can terminate you if you 1 minut late they will cut your salary leave only for showing
