There's nothing to like! Work culture is toxic, compensation & benefits are outdated, no professional growth, management acts like they are doing you a favour by paying you, non-existent HR dept - the list of very long!

This is a lala company where candidates get selected by their caste not by their skill. I am a team manager and I get strict instructions from senior management only to select Maharashtrian Brahmin candidates even for the internships. No technical work is done here and only politics that take place within the office.

Hyster yale Group is really good , but manufacturing department situation is really very worst. I would suggest don't go for this domain.. there is no growth.

Very worst working culture, specifically from manufacturing department., don't even they give training and expect 100 % work.

Got expoxure to SAP, got an opportunity to work on 3 ERP softwares together and to become owner of your parts as you are the customer

Politics by Senior Leadership who was close to senior most. Lack of knowledge and favouritism for near and dear ones It’s running under same leader for 15 years and they do not understand current gen employee requirements and expectations. They do not run a transparent management. It runs like a sole trader org. No independent HR mechanism Groupism in Senior leadership. Hiring is not upto the standards.
