1. The employees are really supportive. 2. They have clients into each industrial sector so you can get opportunity for working into each industry.

Dislikes

1. Salary & benefits are really terrible. No one is paid according to the work they do. 2. Incentive amount is never credited to your bank account. 3. Growth and hike are really slow. People working from so long haven't received any salary or designation hike. 4. Employees are asked to work aggressively but client's mistakes are never looked upon. 5. Poor management. 6. Once you leave the company, your last working month salary won't be credited by giving some lame excuses.

All these months during Covid, while all were loosing jobs and were put on loss of pay. Hyrefox supported me to sustain in those crisis situation, the management didnt turned back on us. They were always there to support and empower whenever needed.

Dislikes

Nothing as such managers were quite well as compared to other organisations.

Really Great for people who wants to work in their hometown no doubt their is job security, promotion is based on your attitude and work delivery if you negotiate.

Skill development is a big minus, also no Work satisfaction, Company culture is ok ok.

There is so much politics in the organization. Its kind of buttering your senior than you will get promotion and increment otherwise you are waste resource for the company. everybody follows blame game policy here.

They do have a good network and business relations by which we can gained alot of knowledge and skills which will be contribute to new career growth.

Sometimes a company's culture is not good, lack of trust between team members which might be get affected on employees daily work life.
