The management when i joined was a treat. The culture! Pay is decent.

Lately because of some reason, the hiring hasn't been the best. The company needs to work upon finding solutions for the deep rooted issues but that isn't being done. While profitability is an important aspect, one needs to be aware of the critical mass that needs to be reached to ensure visibility. Incentives below avg

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

There is no attendance or punch in punch out system, flexibility of work, 5 days a week, good infrastructure. Zero notice period and zero probation period.

They can fire you anytime without any prior notice, notice period or compensation.

Torture you. Because of old gangs there. Manager don’t rectify and shout at u even for small things. You will defiantly put tears that why did I join. No job security , they can through over the call and tell don’t come to office. Basic sense on how to treat people is vanished here. Try for other companies

Ontime salary, nothing more on advantages compared to other industries in same sector.

Dislikes

No work life balance, more proper leadership team , No use of Hr after onboarding process and employee wellbeing and policies are not considered
