Torture you. Because of old gangs there. Manager don’t rectify and shout at u even for small things. You will defiantly put tears that why did I join. No job security , they can through over the call and tell don’t come to office. Basic sense on how to treat people is vanished here. Try for other companies

Ontime salary, nothing more on advantages compared to other industries in same sector.

No work life balance, more proper leadership team , No use of Hr after onboarding process and employee wellbeing and policies are not considered

Lately because of some reason, the hiring hasn't been the best. The company needs to work upon finding solutions for the deep rooted issues but that isn't being done.
