...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and incentives every year.

No work culture, No seriors r ready to help they want that junior resign job and senior gets benefits, company owner didn't want to believe on juniors. No work culture.

I would not like to suggest and work here as a technical writer because they will hire you for this position but inside the office you won't get much more chance to explore and demonstrate your self as a technical writer,.. You will have to prove your self to work with support team and sales team who is going out and try to give demo kind of this, my strong suggestion dont even think to join here as a technical writer. there is no process and nothing to improve your self as a technical writer here.

No Documentation Process, No proper KT regarding the product, No methodology to create documentation, No proper tool avaliable and many more thing which I am not supposed to mentioned here. Only god knows what they want from their employees.
