Internal politics is very huge. There is no ethics no respect/value of their own verbal commitment support, senior management will deny clearly on time of clarification needed, can eat you to save themselves. Only written matters.

If u are to survive in this company you have to achieve Target by any means. This company has very heavy pressure of sales number. Managers are co operative but the target is everything . Allowance are very low. A part of salary goes in allowance.

I,m technical in this company.. but I don't want work as a technical..want to become sales person like BDO or BDM why???? B,coz in my company respect only sales person not technical..

They are encouraged everyone to get out this situation soon. Most importantly they are not stopped salary during covid -19 & supporting staff by health & wealth. Encourage team member & society to come out this situation.
