...y spends a lot on the fun activities, outing, dinner for all level of employees. Salary packages offered at mid-senior levels are good. Management is open minded, does not interfere in your work or ways of working. Office culture is more or less satisfactory

Dislikes

Salaries are delayed by a week almost every month. There are no review mechanisms at any level. Management sometimes get in to micro management at lower levels. Professionalism is all time low. Some old employees need to be shuffled for new ideas to flow.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

The company itself is on the road to mega success and has amazing vision for the future but management needs to realize that it is the employees who make a company and they deserve respect.

Dislikes

Specifically talking about sales and marketing, both the heads b2c and b2b were the most difficult people to work with. One would yell at you left right and center thinking she is in her home yelling at her kids or husband and the other one was so toxic it was shocking. Cherry on the cake was all of this was all in front of the HR Department. I really don't know how the remaining people are still there. We were all miserable. I have heard the woman has left, good riddance. But the guy has no respect for females, extremely demeaning, egoistic, wants you to beg for approvals 24/7 and then complain about delays, has no clear vision of what he wants to communicate, constantly made people feel as if they are invisible and thinks he owns the company. And the way he was so impolite while mentioning anything about the senior leadership even in front of HR would always surprise me. He would use a very demeaning tonality everytime. Although it is also not only them who were the problem, there was also one of the team members (who I will not mention) that had also created a very toxic environment for the people in that team. They really seem to have a zero kindness policy. I wanted to give this review long back. There is a reason why people do not stay in this company for more than 1-2 years and they are constantly hiring. If you are in sales or marketing, I will suggest not joining this company as long as the current heads are still there and approach only once they leave, because it is a good company and the scope of growth within it is also good. I wish i would have never joined the company but thank god I am out of the hell hole.

It is a great experience work with hyfun. It’s product range is excellent. Top level management understanding and take care of ground level staff. I like most from hyfun is doing contract farming with farmers. It’s a great thing to development villages and farmers.

Dislikes

Every organisation have two sides if you are take positively it’s good for both organisation and their employers also. Till time I didn’t faced any challenges here.

I like work and life balance, quality benefits, company culture.. importance give to health, safety, environment, and this is required for long term substainblity.

Dislikes

I dislike the authoritative leadership, there is no room for growth, do not look perfection
