- Travelling time is too much - unpredictable traffic you can almost take 1.30 hrs from Naigaon station to factory - Corrupted work ethics - Cheap materials supplied to clients by higher officials and lower level employees are held responsible for it - Factory Head has no Talking etiquettes - Production Head has altered ego and will do everything at superiors will to fool clients - no communication trying to improve will lead to upper management hammering you to ground - HR can cut salary without any prior notice no communication whatsoever worst HR in Industry - Big clients are leaving leaving them to starve on Indian clients - Many good clients leaving the company for better quality assurance they can't achieve what's needed - Notice periods boosted up for their benifits yet notice period salaries are never paid - Current employees that want to help can't help you as they are under their own pressure - Lower workforce is unhappy and does not want to follow ethical ways as salaries are often cut and injured personnel are never treated by company - Many instances Grinding wheel has cut parts of people's bodies and company has left then at their own expense - Fooling employees as well as working personnel

Work environment is just ok. It's a Huge factory having:- Cafeteria Parking space Lawn area Pick up and drop (to and fro station) Teammates are very supportive. Good place to learn for freshers and industrial exposure is also good. Company has clientele across the country and all over the world so you get to work on many international projects.

Dislikes

Management is quite poor, they don't care about their employees working day/night. As a fresher/trainee, no formal training is provided. Salary/increment is too less as per the work so can't think of long term career. Connectivity could be a problem, it'll be better if you have your own vehicle otherwise you can depend on company pick and drop.

No Job Security,Too Much politics. No one gives Any Importance on your Hard work or Skills as you begin questioning the way of working. We have to listen as they say otherwise they will Remove you let how many years you have given. No work life balance.

Teammates were good , learning exp upto some level is good and poor management decisions , NO PF , No health insurance and culture has become more like castiem....

For fresher, the company allows to learn about piping and water systems directly by sending you to the site. There you can develop skills such as team work, leadership and communication with clients.

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high and sometimes as an engineer you have to do some helper work.
