Nothing to like here. They will depute on site like a contractor company. No one will care how you are growing and what you are doing. Clients will treat like a contract labour.

Management, work culture, ethics nothing are good here. Also not got salary hike and last year variable pay which was part of CTC.

For married person it’s hard to balance work and life since it’s consulting so travel is expected Lot of communication gap from HR & Logistics to On-site team players HR and Logistics will never be at your place when you need them at most No support during pandemic like testing or any awareness events or any support for hospitalisation Outdated laptops No transparency Internal politics

Worst management. No support from supervisor. They only target employee mistake. One mistake will spoil employees whole performance. If your of no requirement for them, they will expell you. More risk on middle management. They always have negative thinking. Cheat their client. It was a worst experience.

It’s very good to learn and do the work and culture is good and people only should show there intrest to work

Till date no dislikes all were good and encouraging the work and everything will depend on the team which you work with

Technical Team is good, lot of learning opportunity, provides big leap to career, increments are good best in the industry

Dislikes

Management decisions, policies can change anytime, no job security and lot of manpower job and lot of travel, no work life balance when on site.
