Salary too low in accordance with high inflation in 2023. No work life balance as such, you have to work 12-13 hours everyday no matter what. No employee related activities or events. Staff shortage and high pressure working environment.

... Gurgaon is a place where you can only fix your job and extend it till you want. No salary appraisals upto the average expectations. Which is not good for q reputed organization like Hyatt.

If I'm talking about teammates all are very good , security purpose little bit low as per expectation salary I can manage with it and I learn here so much

I hate the most thing in Hyatt regency is only when the off will cancel

...st 2 years . The management is transparent.There is huge cafetaria for chilling.Company policies are good ,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
