...iness or operation calls. Team is passionate but there is no growth or learning. With regards to Salary packages, team get paid extremely low compare to market. As hyatt needs to give more profit to owners. As I mentioned they have got panicked due to Marriott and Starwood.

As I mentioned. It’s extreme level of politics and biaseness. Only those people grow who are close to particular higher management in dif ways. Performance doesnt matter.

Hyatt employee policy, Team members. Otherwise I won't recommend for those who are looking for money, promotion etc. Once you get confirmation, then there is job security.

No salary , no promotion, fake promises etc. No work culture and ethics. No skill development.

Salary too low in accordance with high inflation in 2023. No work life balance as such, you have to work 12-13 hours everyday no matter what. No employee related activities or events. Staff shortage and high pressure working environment.

There is no work life balance in Hyatt Pune. Too much work pressure. The product is not so great where Sales person can show result. ADOS play dirty politics and can even she can take benefit of POSH. Sale’s territory is allocated on The basis of favourism.
