Some of my team members and managers who are truly a jem, even in the hard time they are their for me.

The work pressure is blvery high , i don't even have time for myself as well as for my family l, and after leaving the company they haven't settle my account till now like they holded my salary and haven't released till now which is truly disappointed for the good brand name. Never ever expected that my experience over their would be so bad salary is very low, no point of motivation as well as working hours made me irritated throughout my journey with hyatt family.

... .* favouritism is really big issue. * you will never get paid well in hotels. * long working hours without any extra pay. Management expect you to work for 12 hours as it is normal working hours of company.

Hyatt as a brand is really a good brand to work with but park hyatt is not following the company policies

No staff caring , no hike in salary no promotions, Hr team is really rude it is actually dictatorship, rally it is compelled to work with

Compensation was poor, no groth opportunities. Work pressure was too high, sometimes, I have to work 18-20 hours straight in a day. Managers do not value your efforts and strengths. No trainings nothing will be provided to you. Please never ever join Hyatt Regency Chennai at all.
