1. Working hours is from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm still have to stay up till 1 pm for US team meetings. 2. Terrible Management of projects. 3. Unplanned roadmaps which indirectly puts pressure on the team 4. No Sensible deadline and commitment. 5. All they do is brag behind the US Client Team. 6. Total waste to work in such organization.

1. Management neglects employee well-being. 2. Rules are enforced without seeking input from employees. 3. Some Indian employees at senior and management level act bossy, treating employees as underlings. 4. The management strictly enforces a "no questions asked" policy, risking dismissal for inquiries. 7. Se(x)ual harassment incidents were downplayed, leading to termination of many female employees who spoke up. 8. Getting a project in certain teams is tough; they prefer support work. 9. The workplace, once good for growth, is now tough and undesirable. 10. Official hours are 10:30 am to 07:30 pm, but employees are expected to work late, sometimes until 01:00 am. 11. Work-life balance suffers with meetings scheduled after 07:30 pm. 12. Food quality is poor, and raising concerns results in being told to arrange your own meals.

Most employees come from a Cerner background and prefer to adhere to the same outdated processes, limiting innovation. The organizational culture requires significant improvement, with work-life balance being a notable challenge. Leadership often expects extended working hours and weekend commitments due to workload and overcommitment at the top levels. Projects previously handled over months by third-party teams are sometimes assigned to Bangalore employees with tight deadlines, which the management appears to accept. Job security is uncertain, with employees potentially being released without adequate feedback. Additionally, opportunities for learning and career growth are very limited. This organization may not be right choice for those seeking long-term growth or career stability.

The Director is really good with whom I work, approachable for technical know how & transparent. There are lot of other activities like cultural things going on which I am part of there are many things we did this year which is really positive to engage my teams. The team I lead has a positive sense, though their is a learning curve the India leadership is supportive not to push for immediate results. One thing I want to highlight there are always positive and negatives for IT work but I see the new leadership fixing many things and as a Manager I can tell you I am seeing a lot of positive changes over the last year.

Dislikes

Initially when I joined in March 2023 I could see different silos working on different things with clear lack of direction. However it was fixed within 3months of me joining so nothing to complain. There is free cab facilities but if there are two people in your area then expect long travel times.
