1. Working hours is from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm still have to stay up till 1 pm for US team meetings. 2. Terrible Management of projects. 3. Unplanned roadmaps which indirectly puts pressure on the team 4. No Sensible deadline and commitment. 5. All they do is brag behind the US Client Team. 6. Total waste to work in such organization.

Some Indian employees at senior and management level act bossy, treating employees as underlings. 4. The management strictly enforces a "no questions asked" policy, risking dismissal for inquiries. 7. Se(x)ual harassment inciden ts were downplayed, leading to termination of many female employees who spoke up. 8. Getting a project in certain teams is tough; they prefer support work. 9. The workplace, once good for growth, is now tough and undesirable. 10. Official hours are 10:30 am to 07:30 pm, but employees are expected to work late, sometimes until 01:00 am. 11.
