...his cadre in total sanctioned strength of AE Elect & AE Civil which was scraped. Similar is in the pay scales, HDM, Divn Accountant & Head Clerk were being kept in ne pay scale, Circle Supdt & CHD in one pay scale but now this is not being done. Pay scale of clerical has been upgraded at Divn level & even the post of Circle Supdt has been upgraded to Gazetted but his equalling Circle Head Draftsman has been ignore. There is no future/equality for this category.
