Company make salary of every employee of the company time to time its good think about company. Just need improvement in salary and take care of site engineer because is present company on site so do its Daily Allowance regularly .

Incremental Rate is slow. If any problem happen than they blame each other . Internal Politics also Happens.

I was working with them since 1st March 2021 to 14 aug 22 ...all over quite good experience with some of team members. Rest of the things are good and directors are really supportive and always appreciating to every level management. They are really supportive and connecting to every little part of hvax factory whenever needed or possible. I wish I could contributed more with them but due to traveling and other aspects I have to resign. Hope will work together in future.

If you work somewhere there is nothing to be like or dislike......we work means we work hard ....we are not there to love,like or dislike.

Overall Management is good, involving in very culture activities. Infact encourage for various Employee Engagement activities like Festivals, Trips, lunch, Sports. Infrastructure & Culture is cool. Lot many things to learn as many different projects are in hand. New Ideas are always welcome. Can work here for a long term.

Dislikes

No Work life Balance. Some department employees regularly working for Extra hours, but no other benefits are provided not even he get the appreciation from managers or HOD. Appraisals are based on the designation and not as per the ability or dedications employee is putting in his work. Some Departments required better work procedures to reduce the employee efforts. Very few managers take a stand for their subordinate's rest are just don't care.

Dislikes

Been here for 4 years almost. Just that the company is going through its adolescence , Over all quality of people needs to be better for better delegation. Bound to happen in due course of time.
