Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Less Work pressure

Dislikes

Reduced to supervisor and posted at site. Only shutdown works, on completion of this in 4 months cut salary and food allowance, harassed to go on vacation, asked to marketing sales works, eventually chucked out of job. Primary focus on manpower supply, rest of the department needs to fall in line.
