Everything. There is no work life balance in the HR side of the space. You always have to stay at work for 14-15h. Whenever you think of taking a break, you get a message from your manager that why are you away. I tried to complain about my colleague who was harassing me mentally but there was no action against her. Managers are not supportive at all. The game is all about favouritism. I was promised that I will get a promotion in a year because I joined early but instead my manager asked me to do additional work and I did because I thought I will get a promotion but there is no appreciation reward and no promotion. Hike is very minimal here 7-10%. Sometimes you won't receive it at all because they don't promote you. You have to be at work no matter what. It's annoying.

I just like team work.apart from that everything is horrible..no job security no proper discussion on project.

There is no job security..directly terminated from organization.I have only 1.8years of experience and because of that I am not getting any job opportunities from last 1.5years.
