...in this company no work life balance in this company always pressure situation . They promise me to give joining bonus after 3 month didn't get any even I got star of the performer for two months when they are in need to complete project then only they require after that switch my technology project instantly

No work-life balance, no appreciation, very var culture, HR are just as statues. Managers don't know how to handle critical situations. They make you work on Sundays. You are not allowed to rest for even a moment.

I like almost everything from starting days till the date when my contract period was over. Team members are very polite and friendly. They taught me each and every thing very politely and clearly.
