Its a place where learning can thrive, the Global teams are good but after working really hard if they dont give you a good rating and if you're leaving an impact on the organisation you deserve back some appreciation. Thats missing. Good People, Learning culture, good work opportunities, growth opportunities, some level work life balance but can be improved, they provide breakfast lunch and commute most companies do not.

Extreme politics and some people wont allow any change to happen as they want to take credit for your ideas.
