Free food. It has a pretty relaxed work culture, but it depends on your manager. Bangalore has a more relaxed culture compared to other cities.

Dislikes

Almost everything. No proper hierarchy or structure, very low & delayed increments/salary hike. Nothing is fixed, same role & same experience, two different candidates will get extremely different salaries. Avoid this company, work only if you have no other option or are looking for a relaxed company with hardly any learning or growth.

Nothing is good about hunger box except workings hours if you completes yours 9 hours of work routine nobody will stop to you can go ro your home even without telling your senior.

Dislikes

Salary for fresher is very less only 13000/ month , no medical,no pf, no bonus and no salary increasing after completing your 6 months management trainee program which they used to call internship

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Manage every day menu, technology management like POS machine,cafe tab,cash POS manage, dashboard,cash handling. Customer relationship management, sloving any issues or queries, taking feed back from the employees as well as the clients, registering new employees. Managing events and food festivals. Prepare reports for clients as well as the company. Hygiene audits of the vendors, inspection of the kitchen for proper cleanliness and hygiene of the stored food, temperature, and appearance Check of the food before serving.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

At least given opportunity to choose between no work no pay and Resignation option during this Pandemic situation. Still their is some hope in future as company policies to get it back in suitable manner. Can understand the company prospective as their is no business due to Covid 19. But still hope for the best as time changes for better development in future. We are down but still in the Race,not completely out.

Dislikes

This is not the right time for complaining, because at this time we have to fight together with this hard time and we know as Team we can and we will over come.
