Progressive to some extent. Good on updating regarding all possible aspects. Ambience is better than average.

Dislikes

Bad pay master. No appreciations. Always tricky to get you in back foot. In my time, no direct coordination between superiors and executive levels while more than one mid level seniors boggled about the priorities. At some posts management studied person was appointed despite having no or little knowledge of what is actually being done. For a carrier growth you can choose this company to leap for other companies in future.

No appraisals even after more than an year. Inefficient and inexperienced colleagues (Blockchain domain specific) except the ones I hired for my team.

Here you got the opportunity to learn and work in different vertical. Here there is not growth of a candidate to grow and to reach on the upper level.

There is no Carrier growth even after spending 5 plus years. Your position will remain same. Pathetic Appraisal cycles. it remains same for all performer and non performer..
