Nothing to like about never seen this much of waste organisation ever in my lifee Personal suggestion ( it’s better to be jobless than to work in this shit company )

They not even pay salary on time, supervisors always cry that they don’t have money, they are in loss etc, full politics ( only chaatu employees are honoured here ) they are not running a company they are running a shit show, making employees work overtime and on weekends too but can’t pay them on time….. AN ORGANISATION RUNNING BY A BUNCH OF IDIOTS AND SADISTS

Product and Thought of the company how they're helping the women in need to stand on themselves. CEO is thoughtful good with brain and talk. Under CEO managers spoiling the company and product mainly the Sales manager too much fake talks infront of CEO.

...ill find broken chairs AC will never work. Every time Work 15 days continuously. Not following govt rules in working hours inside making everyone to work for 10-12 hrs and giving 8hrs salary. Cheap behaviour among all teams no profesionalism. Mostly it is like a vegetable market rather than a corporate company. Regret of working to a company where they will through the hard work in dustbin. Too much fake promises to employees.

It's the worst place to work. Your will be appointed for one position and they will make you work for multiple positions and multiple sister companies which they have and pay you for one job profile. Manager's are worst they just don't know what's what and they don't even know which services or vendor is working with the organisation. They will wake up from their long deep sleep once they receive any invoice or bill from any vendor and then they will realise that, are they using these services? They will blame their targeted employee or any one from the team with whom they do not have any rapo or wanted to fire them long back and torture them mentally until they resign by them self. Even though the employee they have targeted works hard or he/her has completed the tasks which has assigned to him/her they just blame unnecessary and make a big issue in front of team and ceo so that the employee feel ashamed and resigne by them self. Only the chamcha gang and people can survive here. Even if you are not talented or do not have basic knowledge if you have manager support you will be in team lead position. No matter what or how hard you work their will be no recognition or appreciation for you here. Its an sinking ship. My advise for new joiner would be if you want your career to drown then join this organisation. You can also drown with them.

When I started working at hunar it's good like team work, friendly working atmosphere but now it's not good no team work and nothing atmosphere in the office of hunar

Working Process, Team Leader Behaviour is not good and they're also not respect your work....they always insults the employee.

Nothing to like about this chindi kachra company Ceo of this company only know how to do maths, MD only wants to proof himself right and change process, sales head only knows how to give gyaan and fake motivation speech

Don't pay on time, will make you work extra hours and on weekends too, no value on employee policy, DON'T WORK HERE BECAUSE THIS ORGANIZATION WILL NEVER GROW AS IT IS CURSED
