A former employee - Lol Pro itself is a joke for this brand. Not even a single pro one can think of. Fake pages, fake publicity, fake CEO. Glamour for the outside world, Hell for the insiders. Think umpteen number of times before you join.

The list of cons is way too long, don't know weather Ambition box has text count. Anyways here we go - 1. CEO isn't a celebrity but behaves like one. Its better to get signed with any company as an Influencer rather making employees be your "Dassi". None of her EA's have stayed with her for long. 2. HR Team - Or say it Jasus team of CEO. Spier should be the correct word for one HR employee there. Because of that one human all employee's have to leave. 3. Head of Department's - Boot lickers have no spine, will dance on the fingers of their ring master. Don't even know to fight for their team, will just accept to remove any team members when the Spier HR or the CEO says. 4. People are hired more out of friendships, relations rather than allowing fresh talent, they prefer promoting to their favorite's who are 'Hanji Teacher' to their superiors or CEO. 5. Basic hygiene maintenance they don't follow in office. Looks like they can't afford basic necessitates of employees be it tissues in office or cleanliness of furniture. The leader is so pity that employees are even questioned when AC is kept on for long. Makes a lot of people wonder do they even make money?. LOL

Dislikes

Horrible work culture. Biased bosses, extreme level of toxicity, hire and fire every second day. Don't hire people if ultimate goal is to remove them and depress them. Learn to value employees. Stop keeping people till late night at office.

One of the worst CEO I've come across, she doesn't know half of her working staff, people who wants to work here,think twice before joining, the month i left, 4 people left too, so you can understand their work culture. Wouldn't recommend anyone to work here. Pathetic.
