Salary is average according to work & career growth is slow. There is no projects of education in delhi. Also few projects of education in Rajasthan as we know that Rajasthan needs more educational projects. So I hope u will concern on this.

I don't like the groupism, because in HPPI in these days people divided in certain groups which really takes the HPPI backward.
