...ave here. • Apply only if you happily want to slog from early morning to night. • 100x less salary than the average market salary of your experience level. • Zero benefits of overtime / zero yearly appraisal / zero travel expenses / zero appreciation / zero health insurance but they won't think twice before cutting your salary even if you take 1 day holiday. • They expect you to show up every damn day, even if you're extremely ill. • You're a perfect candidate if you've learnt the art of B00tlicking. Just keep on doing what they want, and they'll not leave you even if you won't work. • They have zero sense of whom to keep and whom to terminate from work. There are at least 8/10 people having 2 brain cells, who don't even deserve to be an intern and still get salary in hand. (Because they've learnt the art of B00TLICKING) • Be a dedicated employee working here for YEARS, even on weekends. Work even if you're admitted to the hospital. Take the extra work of others on your head every day. Give them 100x results. Be quiet. Don't question management's decision. Keep on working like a slave forgetting your family, friends, health, love, hobbies, travel; and they'll terminate you in a blink of an eye. There's one saying: When you are always available for someone, you lose your importance. I forgot this was just a 'job' and not my 'life.' And kept working 24x7 like a chu while they were just treating me like a machine. Learnt my lesson the hard way! 💯
