1. Totally rigidity on timings 2. No compromise with office timings and the cut salary like anything 3. Work culture is full of politics 4. Manager level person can't take decisions 5. Always interference of other people in your work area 6. No proper guidance or training given and expect return after a month 7. Hr and higher authorities never took steps against any of the higher authorities if we make complaint against them and no solutions to be given to employees
