Extremely high work pressure If the work not completed in shift you have to wait after shift. you are expected to work like robot. No job security they will not think twice before firing you or force you to resign. Join only if Ur not getting job anywhere

I joined Hudl in the year 2020. Working in this company is waste of time. They did not provide me with my promising salary later they told me you can earn that salary but the concept of variable pay .Later if we are earn more variable pay they will start implementing a new rule so that we can't earn more money. If more games are in the queue they will beg us to do games. If off-season arrives they will remove employees with n number of different reasons. Plz, don't join this company. If you join eyesight, back pain neck pain is for sure.

Salary structure Increment structure Levelling sheet Work life balance Hudl threat employees like slave. I won't recommend this company for engineers it is for BA. In last 6 years my salary is increased by only 12k it's from 18k to 30k.

Only good thing is work life balance and salary on right time. No pressure if you do your work at right time.

Dislikes

No promotion untill someone higher management leaves, junior remains same level for the life, the management won't give any letter and no salary hikes. They will make you to work double and salary will be remains same for the whole life

No work-life balance. No skill development. No increment in salary. Company culture is very toxic expect if you get a good understanding Team Leader. There is no job security if for some nonrelevent reason you are responsible then they won't even think twice about keeping you in company. No hope for promotions and all other thing. Event if you are completing your work frankly and for that work your are getting bad rating then it is all your fault then what is the point of doing your work properly if you will get rewarded badly for no reason. Increment is totally based on point system which is based on your individual sports rating and that rating is given according to coaches and they will give it like whatever they have in mind.
