1. You will never get your salary on time. Not even by mistake. 2. The offer letter will be super unclear. It'll not cover anything about what you get what, you can't get. 3. The upper management (UM) is completely self appointed. Some of them you can't even find on Linkedin to actually confirm their credibility. 4. The UM tactic to make employees work is by rolling their eyes at each Employee everyday and asking them for timesheets every now and then. Simultaneously completely ignoring the actually work put in by the employee and the regular updates given. 5. Another wonderful tactic is to give "welcome kits" as gifts only to those employees who complete a project. 6. There is a lot of politics that happen in plain sight. Only the people in the upper squad are not bullied. Rest everyone is made to feel like they do not work at all. 7. Because of bullying the environment is toxic and not conducive to growth. If you want to join the company for growth, I suggest you don't as by the time you leave the company you'll be made to feel like you have zero skills and you made no contribution to the company. 8. Even after you leave the company, the UM has the time and will to play politics with you. It talks a lot about how the pillars of the company actually spend their energies. 9. The whole strategy of the company is to have a high churn rate of employees, so that they don't have to pay much but can get work done out of people 10. Contractors are treated like 3rd class citizens and are almost never paid. 11. You will be expected to do everything, know everything, and deliver everything in the blink of an eye, if you don't you'll be set up on an interrogative call and asked for a timesheet. 12. There are zero processes in place, you are expected to wing it and deliver it, if you don't they'll ensure to communicate to you that they have done you a huge favor by hiring you. 13. You are expected to work into the wee hours of the day and on Saturday, basically you are expected to sacrifice your life for a late payment and an eye roll the next day. 14. You will be promised a wfh schedule but will not be allowed one. 15. You will be asked to clock your working hours but when the UM will review it, they will question you if you actually work that many hours, even when they have seen you work. 16. A few common line, in progression, that were said to all employees that left the company: * We had big plans for you. * We couldn't even get ₹1000 worth of work out of you 17. There is no legal team in place and the whole of HR team has been very recently fired. So if you'll every have grievances don't expect and one to hear it, let alone resolve it. 18. You will be expected to do the work of 5 different roles, questioned if one lags and ignored when you've done all. All in all, it's a work place, where work is not respected and politics, eye rolls and threatening timesheet have utmost importance. They will promise a pay best in the industry and will either never pay you on time or never pay you itself. They look for desperate employees to leche off of and feel powerful. They themselves don't really do anything other than get leads. Even if this is your only option of a job, don't take it. It's better to have no work than no value for work.
