I have spent more than 2 years at Hubilo, being part of the early team I had some great opportunities and exposure in the industry. I am so grateful for everything I have learned there. The work culture was amazing, as much as they were empathetic toward their customer they treated employees similarly with lots of love, and respect and made us feel like family.

Dislikes

Lack of transparency in the later stage of Hubilo, somewhere the company failed to manage the funds which resulted in major lay offs.

- It is a remote company. The team is young and dynamic. - You will have lots of learning from different team

- No job security. Even though you have been working for years or did some awesome job. There is no job guarantee. - Culture is average. - Managers are just managers not leaders.

It is Product base Startup, If you really want to learn something how to take responsibilities and how to complete project task on time. They provide good wage depends on your performance.
