Small In-house team, everything is going to handle by in-house team less2no outsourcing. so the output will not be qualitative. Very high political environment. Regionalism and no team-building initiatives taken from HR or company end, each and everyone is an individual team.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
