all good. good salay, good hike, plus point they provide bonus per 6 month we got 1.5 or 2 salary bonus. all good

nothing to dislikes. as however due to our hopeless government this company is not in india now. so, this is dislike only

To be honest there is nothing good to look for here. Senior management think employees as donkey. Only the good part is you will get the salary in time.

Everything is bad except the in time salary, though the salary is comparatively very very less and it wouldn't meet your requirements or satisfaction. More work less salary.

... mates. Work will be somewhat tedious but we can get hold of it after some time. But the salary will be less and hike will be depending on performance.

Horrible management, no work life balance, after hard work of 1 year they will give 0% hike and bonus . Completely disappointed , when joined Huawei I had Great image , now I have no image of Huawei, no values to employees, evertime disappointed.

Manager plays games , nothing is predefined, everything is based on manager mood and need , after so much of hardworking , days and nights spent and in last felt disappointment with their hike and bonus.

If you are in a perfect team you will get a lot to travel, good learning. Work life balance is moderate, salary hikes have reduced a lot in recent years.

Dislikes

Appraisal is totally biased, no innovation, career growth is a myth. Wont recommend this company for engineers with good coding and innovation skills, but good for non-coding background engineers.
