I really like the way they motivates, care and think of their employees , its is a employees centric company and I really enjoy working here. The company Environment is also very pleasant. i am really satisfied.

Ek dum bakwaas koi join mat karna mar jaaoge naam ki MNC h ye engineer aate Hain chale jata h yaha 25000 me project manager aa jata h koi job security nhi h . Yaha subha 9 se raat 9 baje Tak kaam Karo gadhe ki tarah aur milta kya h kuch nhi

No HR policies, this form is person driven not system driven. If you don't understand Chinese you must not join here. Suggestion for an Indian people, they need a worker who can only follow Chinese instructions not professional who can ad value.
