... to blended and digital learning. I enjoyed the ambiance and the work culture. Since the company was restructuring and we got compensation for three months which was quite incredible!! We weren't defenstrated, in fact they provided placement to employees not only to the trainers but, even to those in the sales department. My heartfelt thanks to HTLC Pvt Ltd. Best wishes for their future endeavor!

Dislikes

At first Englishmate grew by leaps and bounds but fell flat years later!! What went wrong?? Yes people were very keen to learn the language, however, it failed to make an impact despite using Cambridge study material. As far as I am concerned, I would like to point few things: 1) expensive product, the result wasn't satisfactory. Cost must satisfy the customer. 2) they kept restructuring the product every now and then. 3) customers wanted ONLY SPEAKING practice which wasn't provided. Focus was more on grammar and blended learning. 4) Cambridge had awesome games coupled with grammar practice. 5) Creating a large base( trainees) is crucial. Trainees attract trainees just like money. Ref. point 2.
