Yaa I like salary regarding my work with the teammates support. But Hav some politics with higher officials like HODs and all. I love to work with self respect where it can available I vll join there

I get some knowledge about the air-conditioning ,heat load calculation.I get experience in my core branch.

They was not providing salary on time.The work pressure is very high, I have to work 12 hrs in day.

...ou get good appraisal . Better don't come this company and dont waste your time. Some much less salary and they will say silly reason reasons for your appraisal like you didn't(shave your beard,inshirt, ) there is a big puluthi in that company (LaguMaiya 🐛🔥) he is not supporting anything for you even though they didn't live your personal life you want do conform ot for freshers they just give 30 for a hour in ot they even didn't able to give snacks and in night shift no food . No work life balance in that company and then there is so many jaladras and supervisor pet be careful with them if you are their pet you can take 4 days leave in a month otherwise one also they didn't give to you so many things bad about this company like worst management and the hr team they are simply say I didn't know anything for our salary and ot amount worst HR team If you want to survive you to pet for that puluthi laguMaiya (dgm) or if you are a girl they will take you to engineering department if you are diploma student also so many gaaji thaioli in that company like (🐛🔥dgm)if your are fresher or a operator don't join this company..finally so many bad ,worst, etc.. In this company 😊
