...still only manual only they are using in the team.There will not have any perks. The salary is also too less compare to market standard.For the experience guys more than 8years HTC will be okay.starting as a fresher don't join.

There is nothing to like about this company. HRs will trap people in the name of package.

I worked for Ford Client in ODC project in Chennai Mepz location. There is one person who is senior director. I have never met a such toxic & abusive person in my professional life. He won't let us work and blame us for the delay. He will ask us do some work that something not even the client wants. Clients are asked us to work in Hybrid model and he didn't allow us to work in Hybrid model. Even he lied to the clients that we are working in Hybrid model only. He just wants to prove that my plan & my way of work is worked because of that only you achieved. If we tell him, this is a unnecessary double work he simply say do what I said. If you give any practical solution. He will corner you & scold even abuse with words infront of whole team. He won't even care about manager's word. He abuses managers even more worsen. He made us to work on weekends & govt holidays without any comp off. HR won't care if you complain about him. Because he is the decision maker of all the things. Because of losing Job or termination, people are scared of him and didn't against him. The only way to get rid of him is to resign the organization. Even they offer you with 200% hike don't join here.

...e asks for productivity of the day cause of that we need to work at late nights. He wants people to work on weekends and in holidays as if we are going to get the salary of a CEO and he won't give the allowances. We can't even come out to drink water he will immediately assume that we are wasting time such a worse culture he is maintaining in the organization. I never seen such an immature person in this height. Anyway I am leaving this company hence I don't have to worry. I am writing this review to warn the ones whoever is looking to join this organization in Chennai Tambaram Mepz.

... at their will. The conditions and Percentage changes every year without notice. If you are on notice or on bench, then no bonus. No promotions. You are valued only until you are billed by the client. If billing stops you go to dogs. I am working here form the past 5 years.

Htc only contacts you for timesheets and for nothing else. No appraisal meetings. No hikes.

Company policies. they can change their policy at anytime. In the compensation letter they confirmed that variable pay will be paid next month of the joining data.. first four years went well. after fifth year i resigned my job. after my release they suppose to pay my gratuity i asked payroll team but they said we have paid 2 months of variable pay incorrectly to you as the company policies are changed so you need to reverse 2 months of variable pay then only we can release your Gratuity. i never see such kind of scam from the released persons. If you are in Client project they enjoy on their contract business. if you relieve from client project then they wont help you.. during the bench no one will support you for getting new projects.
