...n trained by the company. If you were trained then you are an internal employee. Hence when u receive you hike/appraisal you might see that the internal employee would receive a far higher pay than you even when you would have received a better/higher rating. When you enquire/complaint about such an injustice method they just shut you up saying you are an external hence pay is different. Being an external and suffering this injustice for years now 5. If you join after August, forget about appraisals. You would receive it only after a year and half. The company is focussed on saving money from their own employees by following traditions which the British might have followed before Independence

... at their will. The conditions and Percentage changes every year without notice. If you are on notice or on bench, then no bonus. No promotions. You are valued only until you are billed by the client. If billing stops you go to dogs. I am working here form the past 5 years.

Htc only contacts you for timesheets and for nothing else. No appraisal meetings. No hikes.

No way to know our ratings. If we get to know our negatives then we will be able to correct it. Less hike

1. No in house projects, everything depends on clients 2. Manager hardly bothers about you until unless you are in bench 3. You are just a puppet to fetch money from clients

Less hike in appraisal. Reporting manager is worst. He even not listen concern of employees. Worst HR. They don't have any rights. Everything is decided by manager only.
