... working at client location. Expectation is you give ur 24/7 hours of your life. Salary is very low.

Flexible time to work, if someone adjusting to the managers they will survive for a long time. very good work environment.

...son only can survive. bcoz management always dominating like not performed well. salary hike is very low.

Job security is really good when compared to other companies. There won't be huge lay offs as in other service based companies.

Salary is not really good. Take home usually be very less. No other benefits. For every training they will provide, they will ask for contract.

In any IT organization its purely depends on your client like in HTC global services... I worked for some of the clients where I got an opportunity to work like a pro from end to end.

On other benefits a part from compensation... Could have firm innovations or team awards like but there were no. Yearly team outings.

...e asks for productivity of the day cause of that we need to work at late nights. He wants people to work on weekends and in holidays as if we are going to get the salary of a CEO and he won't give the allowances. We can't even come out to drink water he will immediately assume that we are wasting time such a worse culture he is maintaining in the organization. I never seen such an immature person in this height. Anyway I am leaving this company hence I don't have to worry. I am writing this review to warn the ones whoever is looking to join this organization in Chennai Tambaram Mepz.
