Job security is not there. They will release the candidate if they are not having project. They did not concentrate on skills upgrade or investing on skill development. Ask employees to resign forcely without considerable anything without spoiling their company name It is worst behaviour observed in this concern.

Salary is on time, that's the only good thing working in here.

Micromanagement. Outdated Boomer Manager (Siddique) Company Culture is bad. Don't expect Infrastructure. Promotions is only for Chig Chaks.

No hike no promotions during my tenure.. got laid off once the project was over.. no compensation was also given.. there will be no persons in the company if you are having an issue when you go in as a contractor

...e asks for productivity of the day cause of that we need to work at late nights. He wants people to work on weekends and in holidays as if we are going to get the salary of a CEO and he won't give the allowances. We can't even come out to drink water he will immediately assume that we are wasting time such a worse culture he is maintaining in the organization. I never seen such an immature person in this height. Anyway I am leaving this company hence I don't have to worry. I am writing this review to warn the ones whoever is looking to join this organization in Chennai Tambaram Mepz.

... at their will. The conditions and Percentage changes every year without notice. If you are on notice or on bench, then no bonus. No promotions. You are valued only until you are billed by the client. If billing stops you go to dogs. I am working here form the past 5 years.

Htc only contacts you for timesheets and for nothing else. No appraisal meetings. No hikes.
