This organization is good for learning, but the company culture is not great. I left the organization on July 3, 2024, and received my full and final payment along with the No Objection Certificate (NOC) on November 27, 2024. However, they delayed giving me my experience letter until January 2025. When I received the experience letter, it incorrectly stated my last working date as December 19, 2023. Additionally, they forced me to sign an affidavit. This affidavit included Clause 9 from my appointment letter, which states: "You will employ yourself efficiently to the best of your ability, will devote your whole time to the work of the organization, and will not engage yourself directly or indirectly, either honorary or on remuneration, in any service, trade, business, vocation, or occupation (including the agency of any insurance company). Besides this, you will not divulge any information, details of trade, or any confidential information, technical data, or drawing relating to the company's products, which may come to your knowledge or possession or be given for use of carrying the assignment with the company. In case you are found at any point of time indulging in violation of the above-mentioned stipulations, the management will lose confidence in you, and your services can be terminated/dismissed directly without conducting any inquiry into the matter and without any compensation thereof."

No any bonding with team members due to company internal politics. Negativity due to the daily timing report policy. No appreciation for any of employees. Company policy can be change any time. You services terminate anytime - If you have proved any of project & success it successfully commissioned then you can be terminate anytime from company because they are paying you high.

I like the responsibility and the perseverance towards best services.

Dislikes

As with responsibility comes duty, means sacrificing own holiday for work. Sometimes it happens, although we get our extra leaves as consolation.
