Dislikes

No job security. No onsite opportunity - though the HR promised a lot of things while joining. Promotion chances are very feeble. Whatever the onsite team tells, the offshore believes in that blindly.

Likes

The people are good except the Management. They should evaluate the top Management at Bangalore office as they are not capable to run the office at Bangalore.

Dislikes

1. The Management should know how to speak with their employees 2. Please start treating people what they deserve. 3. Blindly do not trust anyone. If you are the centre head, you should know how to take decision rather than listing to your close sources. 4. Please start establishing a good culture at office.

Likes

Useless and waste of giving 1 star also due to the politics and the professionalism. Nothing to like in this company and horrible work culture.

Dislikes

Internal Politics, Toxic work culture, Too many irregularities and managing directors are all are the same who favorize in every manner. Even without informing they will ask to work on weekends and holidays. No leave is approved and if employees fell sick then they even call for work because of client requirement

Honestly there is nothing that can be liked while working here except Work from Home

Dislikes

Here the management don't have idea how to use the resources of various level. Functional/Technical Arch is contributing as a Consultant/Developer in a Project. False promise made while hiring the resource. To all the readers who is reading this if you have any plans or offer from this company must figure out some of your friends of friends about this company before you step into this company.
