Annual hike is not even cover the inflation rate. It is more like your salary will reduce value due to inflation rate and hike will be so less. Bonus amount is very less. Even if you get promotion in my department they are giving only 5%🤣 although it is not same for all the department there are departments where people are getting 15-20% hike😊

Very secure job. Initial salary offered was good. There is a good deal of work-life balance

No opportunity to learn or grow. Movement within the organisation to other teams is almost impossible. Low hikes and very slow promotions. No learning opportunities

...licies in place in theory. In practice it all depends on your team and managers. In my experience I haven’t seen many positives apart from pay , but if your team is okay, it might work out very well

Again it’s all contingent on the team. The company has excellent policies in place and if allowed to work will create a great work environment

Anyone can blindly join HSBC.. u will love working in this organization. May be the pay may not be satisfactory.. but in case if you want a stress less job .. please have a look
