Salary is good other than any MNC's please don't just see good salary if your mental health will be not good how you will work please try to know each and everything before joining here

Management is very bad no work life balance manager is actually useless he will tell that he is very busy but he is actually doing chill from behind if employees work in flexible they need cab to reach home safely during night shift but this company have some cab boundaries issues😕 which is very very ridiculous when a employee stay a bit outside of their boundaries please be aware while joining as HR will never tell you that they have such kinds of drawbacks which hesitate a person to join this company . AVP is a dictator person in this organisation he will never understand your concern instead of that he will penalized you and compare you with some other person

I am.a part of this organisation since 2007, my tenurity itself says a lot. Without proper work life balance, yearly hike and bonus, this would not have been possible. This organisation has ample opportunities to enhance oneself and grow accordingly. There are several different departments, which requires different skill sets. One can always choose to move to department of his or her choice with proper skillset. The company believes in fun at workplace too, as only work with no fun makes workplace dull. Entire year is filled with various activities, sports, family day, GSCK got talent, water program are some of them. Another thing that I like about this company is the leave policy, it has a policy of core leave which allows the employees to go on holiday for 10working days at a stretch. This is very unique policy and helps oneself to get refreshed and join back. I recommend this company to all who reads this review.

Dislikes

The list of my dislike is very short. We have pick up and drops, I do not like the fact that we are provided with AC cabs only in summers, I feel we shud get it always as per the weather condition in Kolkata.

Since HSBC is the only global outsourcing company in Kolkata..the management knows about the fact hence compensation is very poor. Hedge fund accounting job is not to satisfaction...and there is favouritism when it comes to promotion..so you don't have an opportunity to switch job as Kolkata is a pathetic place to work.

I wouldn't say dislike but may be a suggestion, I have heard from my colleagues that HSBC pay package is not very competitive, I am personally happy with the package.

...n setting up ring faced Bank and other change programs that currently running... The growth is depends on your commitment to words your carrer progression plan and vital roles to pay based on your skill set.... Overall its good place to work with...

The only thing that come up my mind is bit work pressure in these days and targets to meet cost savings...
