For parents it's paid but premiums much lesser than in the market - Ample growth opportunities - Career progression is kind of automatic - Reputable designations are given

- Salary hikes and monetary perks are on the lower side. As you spend more than 5-7 year's you kind of hit a wall - Lack of leadership roles

Good Work Culture, Immense learning opportunity, good recognition by senior leaders and mediocre pay

Dislikes

Career growth is slow both hierarchically and financially. Variable pay is low to mediocre, Appraisal are done based on bell curve. No structured path for growth even for Graduates and Post Graduates. Rigorous timing for Asia Shift (No Flexibility, India Team have to start work at 6:30 am in the morning to support onshore)

Salary is above market standard which makes it all the more difficult to get a job

Dislikes

Horrible work life balance,no training, no job security, within few months you will loose your job . No support from peers, older employees with high vintage will ensure that the newcomers suffer and loose the job

Work Culture is pathetic. Meagre pay and lot of work. You will never be treated as human being. No one is kind. They don't know how to lead and basic human etiquettes are missing from leaders NEVER COME HERE
