Low pay, No work life balance, with diluting roles, repeated reorgs and band changes progression is tough. The organization suits those who are already at higher management.

...e stand for yourself as there will be some people who will try to degrade you.Salary I feel what they pay in Hsbc is quite good and satisfying and there are chances they will send you to onshore in your performance is excellent.

What I dislike about Hsbc is there are icats which does not allow you to do non production work you will always on production code and nothing else is bad in Hsbc.
