...imited within Chennai, like other banks its going through cost cutting measures. Being a large international bank, and a profit making company, the pay is average.

Poor Pay. Lack of growth opportunities/ overseas travel opportunities. Transport facilities for staff is very poor. Clearly reflects the cost cutting measures. Pathetic food at cafeteria shows lack of attention to quality.
