Work life balance is not upto the mark. We are flexible but not the management. Hike and bonus are too worse.

if you want a proper work life balance then you should join HSBC. the only concern is they will give you an average pay but you can learn so many soft skill freely from company. manager & team members were really supporting each other in process. work is monotonous you have to do same work on daily basis.

Pay is less otherwise everything is good Career growth is excellent.

It was a great experience working with HSBC .interms of Balance between professional and personal life,Appraisal Ratings, Appreciations Awards trophies, Handsome salary package, Promotions and job security.. and last but not the least my Supportive Teammates and my Managers.

All over it's a good place to work. Work life balance depends on department and jobs role as it varies. Be in good team can be really helpful here. Work culture is good, mostly for female employees.

Pay management is not that good as mostly underpaid. Not satisfied with package.
