Best company, it gives opportunity to learn, compensation is according to market standards (unless ur salary is already low, then depends how u negotiate it), best speak up culture, people are treated fairly and with dignity, work life balance: one of the best. ... don't join this, it will really make u suffer. You will feel like running away. Salary is very less and expectations from u are like vice President. Work life balance is not there. Ànd trust me if you want a peaceful life then don't take this job. If any how you get here then just leave in one year only. Only work work and work, no other activities. You have to pay for each every thing team lunch, team dinner and any team outing. Nothing is financed by company.
